2026 SUMMER REGISTRATION
Lockwood Clubhouse: Registration opens August 3rd @ 9:00 am.
Session Dates: August 27th – May 21st

Bair Family, Castle Rock, McKinley, & Medicine Crow Clubhouses: Registration opens August 10 @ 9:00 am.

Session Dates: September 3rd – May 28th

Before registration opens – Please ensure that you have access to your parent portal and that your child’s information is up to date. Please double check that your child’s school is correct and their grade is set to the grade they will be attending during the 2026-2027 school year. If you have issues logging into your parent portal, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE AN ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT – contact Daniel Sullivan at (406) 294-4529.

During Registration – select the membership that is associated with the school and grade your child will be attending. Children who are registered for an incorrect school or grade will be moved to the waitlist.

PROGRAM FEE & DETAILS:

The Boys & Girls Club School Year Program will be open Monday through Friday from afterschool until 6:30pm. There is a fee of $810.00, per member, which covers the entire school year program, whether a member comes one day or everyday and includes:

  • Healthy Snacks and Meals
  • A wide variety of fun and engaging programs
  • Math, reading and science enrichment activities
  • Highly trained professional staff and volunteers

Before a child may attend Club, you must attend an orientation. Orientation dates will be announced when registration occurs.

Payment Options:

Absolutely NO CHILD is ever turned away from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County because of our membership fees. We are happy to work with every family to make sure their child(ren) are able to join us for the summer regardless of their financial situation. We have a variety of individualized options available to help your family make sure your child can be at the Club. These options include:

  • full or partial fee waivers for families who need a little help
  • installment plan
  • payments by cash, check or credit card

Payment option can be discussed with the Club Director during orientation.

Eligibility:

All youth ages 6 and up in Yellowstone County are eligible to attend.
