All member registration will take place online through our new membership system, the MyClubHub Parent Portal!

2024-2025 School Year Registration

School Year Registration Opens July 29.

To set up your account, visit the Parent Portal and select “Need a Login?”

Please use a current email address. A confirmation email will be sent with instructions to complete setting up your account.

  • We will have five locations during the school year: Bair Family Clubhouse, Lockwood Clubhouse, McKinley Clubhouse, Castle Rock Clubhouse and Medicine Crow Clubhouse.
  • When selecting a “Membership Category,” please make sure to select the Clubhouse your child will based on the school they are attending.
  • If your specific age group is gray or you are unable to select it, please fill out the Waitlist option.

SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM FEE & DETAILS:

The Boys & Girls Club School Year Program, which will be open Monday through Friday after school will cost $810.00 per member. This fee covers the entire school-year, whether a member comes one day or everyday and includes:

  • Healthy Snacks and Meals,
  • A wide variety of fun and engaging programs,
  • Math, reading and science enrichment activities,
  • Fun field trips,
  • Highly trained professional staff and volunteers.

Payment Options:

Absolutely NO CHILD is ever turned away from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County because of our membership fees. We are happy to work with every family to make sure their child(ren) are able to join us for the summer regardless of their financial situation. We have a variety of individualized options available to help your family make sure your child can be at the Club. These options include:

  • full or partial fee waivers for families who need a little help
  • installment plan
  • payments by cash, check or credit card
