Food Services
To improve access to our Bair Family & Heights Area Clubhouses, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County, working with our partners, provide daily transportation from school to our Clubs. This service is included as part of the school-year membership fee.
Currently, daily after school transportation is provided to students from
- Newman Elementary School,
- Orchard Elementary School,
- Ponderosa Elementary School,
- Bench Elementary School,
- Beartooth Elementary School,
- Alkali Creek Elementary School (primary students only),
- Eagle Cliff Elementary School,
- Riverside Middle School, and
- Senior High School.
During the Summer, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County provides transportation for field trips. A field trip permission slip must be signed by a parent/guardian for each outing.
All Club members who utilize Club transportation must have a Transportation Agreement signed by a parent/guardian before the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County can provide transportation.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
