Administrative Support Staff of the Year

On October 16, 2025, Nicoletta Flores was presented the award for the Administration & Organization Support Staff of the Year award at the 2025 State Conference in Polson, Montana.
Nicoletta first joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County in 2021 in the capacity of Development Executive Assistant. In this role, she streamlined several internal processes to ease workloads and enhance communications to facilitate better results. One specific example of this is during the BE GREAT Ball, the Club’s largest signature fundraising event. With her leadership, guidance, organization, and attention to detail the table tents, item descriptions, basket placement and bid sheet assignments were expertly matched and displayed. Her attentive and orderly work allowed the auction to look better, run smoother and secure double the silent auction revenue from previous years.
In 2023, Nicoletta took on a new role as Manager, Stewardship, Cultivation and Marketing. In this role, she diligently grew the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County’s social media and marketing efforts. The innovation and creativity shared when highlighting the Club’s mission fostered followers and boosted brand recognition. She took ownership in the Club’s monthly e-newsletter with a mindful approach to layout, content, and assembly of articles. She thoughtfully approached each edition with a deep passion for the mission and captured the engagement perspective on all fronts, ensuring there was content for Club families, community members, and Club investors. To ensure success, Nicoletta carefully watched analytics, learning from trends to ensure our communications and community reach grew with every published piece. Another key responsibility in this role was to keep our Resource Development Team on track to meet goals. Nicoletta skillfully prioritized projects creating engagement opportunities and elevating our donor communications. Our goal to connect with donors multiple times throughout the year and her systematic approach of staying in contact with donors helped us increase donor retention rates.
In 2025, Nicoletta stepped into another challenging role as Marketing and Administrative Specialist. In this role, Nicoletta is further developing her creative talents to build a full marketing plan for both the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County and Boys & Girls Club of Carbon County. The goal with a comprehensive plan is to enhance brand recognition, grow donor base, and increase community engagement. This requires each appeal to target and connect with a unique audience of Club parents, investors, and community members. Nicoletta doesn’t shy away from this challenge. She is thoughtful in every aspect of the appeal, ensuring the layout, messaging, and success measurements fit each organization and target audience. She is consistent, conscious, innovative, and data-driven to reach goals.
Nicoletta Flores is a valued team player and an important Club professional on our team. In each of her positions she has been committed to learning, growing, and shining. She has shared her amazing work ethic and strong problem solving skills with our organization and that has allowed us to excel in our Resource Development efforts. Nicoletta is versatile, organized, creative, collaborative, dependable, and a critical thinker. It goes without saying that the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County is grateful to have an outstanding professional on their team.
