DIRECTOR, MENTAL & BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Full Time

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Lead the overall direction, planning, and implementation of the organization’s trauma-informed approach, and the mental & behavioral health program to promote the well-being and success of Club members and their families.  Provide Club staff with training, resources, and consultations to not only support their well-being, but to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Oversee the development of individualized member behavior plans and ensure proper documentation is completed to ensure relevant information is available for organizational analysis and decision-making.

Workforce Development Program Manager

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Workforce Development Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing career exploration and readiness programs and strategies and providing support to middle and high school students across the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County. The Workforce Development Manager will perform both administrative and youth development functions.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Part Time

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Serve as a role model for Club members, age 6 to 18, provide supervision to ensure members have a safe, positive environment and help deliver daily programs and activities.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Part Time

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Plans, implements, and evaluates all programs and activities provided in designated program area.
