As we finish the last of our Thanksgiving leftovers and move full tilt into the rush of the Christmas season, I find myself slowing down to be grateful for the progress and amazing generosity we have experienced this year at the Club!

More Club Members Each Day!

For the first time since March 2020, our staffing has improved enough to regularly serve over 400 members per day! We still need more part-time leaders to allow us to reach our capacity of nearly 500 members per day, and would welcome any referrals you may have, but getting back to over 400 regularly is something we have been working toward for five years.

More Depth to the Daily Experience!

Serving more members each day is great, but our biggest success this year comes from the progress we have made to expand the depth and improve quality of the daily Club experience for every member we serve. Some examples of the progress we have made include:

• An enhanced approach to staff training and support that has improved the quality of the environment in each Clubhouse, and the quality of the daily programs and activities,
• Expanding the workforce development experiences our middle and high school members can participate in, and
• New partnerships, resources and programmatic support for Club members and families who need help overcoming mental and behavioral health struggles.

More Engagement with the Community!

The community has always had a key role in the success and impact of the Club experience, and this year is no different. During 2025, community engagement has taken many forms, including:

• Supporting families during Christmas,
• Business owners providing workforce development experiences, and
• Professionals supporting our staff to do more for members with mental and behavioral health challenges.
