Often when these award nominations come in, there are huge impactful stories of how a staff member has affected the life of a child, and those stories are important, and Nick has done this time and again in his career.  But these awards are also meant to reflect how a staff person commits.  Commits to the value beyond 40 hours a week.  Commits themselves fully to the value 24/7/365.

As long as I have known Nick, I cannot think of even one instance where he did not fully commit, unless of course the was intentional, and then it was done to the full 150%.

From feeding his passion for math by tutoring young minds in his spare time, to being present for every staff member who comes to him for guidance; from building relationships with families at Club that are so impactful that he is invited to be a part of the adoption ceremony; from overcoming 2 broken knees to completing in a marathon, Nick has committed to the pursuit of greatness in every aspect of his life, and he not only inspires but supports and cheers on everyone around him, to do the same. That is why he is deserving of our Pursue Greatness Core Value Award.
