It is a recurring theme I hear from Club Alumni, volunteers and current members. When asked what they like best about their time at the Boys & Girls Clubs, 99% of the time the response is not an activity, programming space or daily service like the snack or meal. The response is usually a Club professional’s name. The Club participant remembers the Club professional who positively impacted their life and made an impression on them through creative programming, engaging activities and strong positive relationships.

Every day, I am grateful for the incredible team here at the Club, and the quality of our team makes the annual selection of the Core Value Award recipients very difficult. This year was no exception, with each professional making a difference in the lives of our members as we strive to help the kids find a path toward their own GREAT FUTURE. While we are pleased to recognize our 2022 Core Value Award recipients, I hope you will join me in showing your appreciation to our entire team for their incredible commitment and dedication to those who need us most!
