On February 4, 1971 our first Clubhouse opened the doors

On February 4, 1971 our first Clubhouse opened the doors to a couple of rooms in the basement of what is now the Western Heritage Center. In the early days our Club consisted of a single staff member, a checkerboard and a couple of boys who happened to walk by. Since then many things have changed as we have grown to four Clubhouses serving more 600 elementary, middle and high school members each day from across Yellowstone County. While much has changed since 1971, our singular focus on the kids and our Mission has not waivered.

To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize
their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County has kept our promise we made to the community in 1971, to serve those who need us most and to help our members become productive, caring, responsible citizens. We have come far and we invite you to join us as we provide continue our efforts to provide a world-class Club experience to every child in Yellowstone County.
