There are few staff that turn the level of excitement and fun up to 11 when they walk into Club. This Staff member is one of “those guys”. Whether it’s -15 degrees and snowing sideways or there is a huge mess to clean up, this staff member is the first to jump in with a smile and a joke; and the last to call it quits making sure to give others that complain a hard time along the way. This doesn’t come from anything other than their desire to make every day at Club even better than the last. With this outlook, this staff member lets others know that they are supported and appreciated, making the job, especially on the hard days, a little easier. Despite struggles in life that would have thrown other 18-year-olds for a loop, this staff member has stood strong, resilient through it all, living a life that our members strive to emulate.

When James isn’t at Club, the members are constantly asking for him. When he is there, they are always asking to hang out with him. Whether its taking on Club Store at McKinley to give our members a sense of ownership, or stepping up as President of Keystone and working towards many projects both in and out of Club, James has shown a true level of Pursuing Greatness that all of us, even seasoned veterans can learn from.
